Get Involved in the Koha Community

We refer to libraries we work with as "partners" because in the open-source community, our working relationship is truly a collaborative partnership. We want to work together to make Koha better for all libraries and library users!

There are multiple ways to get involved in this open-source community.

Koha-US

Special Interest Groups: Koha-US special interest groups are open to anyone who wants to attend. Dates are on the Koha-US calendar.

Regional User Interest Groups (US): Google groups and/or mailing lists for regional discussions.

There is so much to explore on the Koha-US website, including conferences, membership, quick reference guides, and more!

Koha Community

Bugzilla: The worldwide Koha community's bug tracking hub.

There are many ways to get involved with Koha-community.org, the home of the worldwide Koha community, for librarians, developers, translators, documentation writers, etc.

ByWater Partners

ByWater Solutions partners have access to our partners' Slack channel and listserv. If you are currently in implementation, we encourage you to submit a support ticket for assistance rather than post to the larger community. Once you are live, these are great resources to ask about workflow ideas, experiences with certain vendors, etc. If you are a current partner and do not have access, please send us a support ticket.

ByWater partners will also receive weekly emails with news and resources, including new Monday Minutes tutorial videos.
