How to Batch Edit Due Dates in Koha


Steps to Complete the Bulk Edit

  1. Click on the Tools Module
  2. Under Patrons and Circulation click on Batch extend due dates
  3. Select your Checkout criteria
    1. patrons' categories
    2. Libraries
    3. due date from
    4. due date to
  4. Finally, select the New due date

  1. The next screen will display titles that will be modified.
    1. Unselect any you wish to remove
  2. Click Modify selected Checkouts

You will then be presented with titles that have been extended.
