In addition to the standard browser shortcut keys like Ctrl + P to print, Ctrl + C to copy, and Ctrl + V to paste, the following quick keys can be used in most browsers in Koha for circulation and patrons:

General Use

Alt+Q: Search Catalog
Alt+W: Renew
Alt+R: Checkin
Alt+U: Checkout

Dialog Boxes

Alt + Ctrl + Y: Yes
Ctrl + P: Print
Alt + Ctrl + I: Ignore

**Mac users use the OPTION button in place of Alt

Hold Slip Dialog Box

Alt + Y: Yes - not working for Mac as of June 2025
Alt + P: Print*
Alt + I: Ignore - not working for Mac as of June 2025

*Mac users use the COMMAND button in place of Alt
