This Libki tutorial will walk you through creating and updating users.
For SIP-connected Libki instances, users will be automatically created in Libki upon first login to either Libki Client or Libki Server. This does not preclude creating local user accounts as detaield below.
Creating Users in Libki
Navigate to the Users tab
Click on + new user
Enter the username
Enter password
Enter the number of minutes this user has (this will default to the number in your settings)
Click Create User
Updating Users in Libki
Click Edit
Under the Details tab, you can
change the first name or last name
update the patron category
adjust allocated minutes
update the status
if disabled is selected, the user will not be able to log in
add additional notes
Under the Roles tab, you can select the role (for a staff member)
Administrator - can access Administration to see Users, Sessions, Clients and Prints, but cannot access the Settings
Super Administrator - can access everything including the Settings
